U-verse TV Equipment

I just had my DVR replaced yesterday and everything is working just fine, but today I noticed the oval on/off button doesn’t light up green when the unit is being used, there is a tiny red light to the left of the button that is on while the unit is off and goes out once I turn on the DVR...is this

Wireless receiver constantly stops during recording playback with message. Stopped network problems have stopped this stream. our tv stutters when watching uverse cable. this happens on live tv sometimes, but very frequently with the dvr. the stutters are recorded on the dvr, if you rewind a program and watch again it will stutter in the same locations. when it stutters the video and audio will freeze for about 2 seconds,

Every day my uverse goes out on my wireless receiver. Restarting the receiver alone does not fix. Unplugging and plugging back in does not fix. I have to unplug the wireless access point and unplug the receiver both, then plug them both back in. I have a full green set of bars as a signal to my wire

I was shipped a VIP 1200 receiver and have followed the directions to connect it to my TV. It goes through a process then asks me to reset my receiver every time. I cannot get any connection to U-Verse at all. It is connected to the TV through an HDMI cable and works with my other wifi receiver.
