We have AT&T U-verse with one hard wired receiver and one wireless receiver. When attempting to set up a recording schedule for a TV show series, in this case "Jeopardy," I can set up the schedule but the DVR does not record the show. I've rebooted, reset, etc. but result is the same.

I have in laws who are 100 and 94 years old. The buttons on the Uverse remote are very difficult for them to see, and also to navigate. They just want to watch TV, and mostly news shows. I called AT&T and they said they only have 3 remotes and none of them had larger buttons. They also said there wa
