ATT says no but I can't believe in this day and age there is no way to transfer DVR'd shows to a new UVerse receiver? We have a new receiver coming tomorrow & can't believe we'll lose all our shows. Cell phones have been doing transfers for ever - but not UVerse?

We have three TVs, all connected to ATT U-Verse. We cannot get a picture on one TV since my grandson tried to type in an incorrect wifi address. I have tried troubleshooting help online from ATT. Nothing worked to get our picture back. Can someone help?

I have a wired receiver for main tv and a wireless for 2nd tv. I want to move the main tv to new location. Can I replace the wired receiver with wireless receiver? Or do I have to get another wireless receiver and keep the wired one but with no tv connected.
