Samsung smart tv app has no profiles

The app available on my new Samsung smart TV doesn't have the ability to choose a profile. My old tv with a Roku had profiles, as do my phone and tablet apps. Did the profile option not get rolled out to that app??

Gemini Air Connectivity and Buffering

I have two gemini air devices and have an intermittent problem with low connectivity and buffering. The picture will become grainy and pixillated and then start buffering. Sometimes it resets.
