Hello I recently signed up for the Direct TV Stream and was supposed to get $10 off for 3 months but my bill still says $104.99 which is the full price. Any idea what happened? Any info would be great. Sincerely Joe Casey

I have reset both usernames and passwords and it says it's still throwing an error I had problems like this in the past and I had to call to reset it on their end I am trying not to call but I really want to watch my TV from my phone

We have AT&T Internet and we signed up for DIRECTV stream. We may change Internet providers and cancel AT&T Internet. I'm trying to find out who it logged into my account. I have two kids so we should all three be able to access; however, the error message says too many are accessing it.

When I attempt to Open the DirecTV APP on my Apple TV, I’m sent to the login screen for the DIRECTV STREAM APP. I enter my login and password and the APP responds with: Login Error - Log Out Error! Cannot get it to log me in! Keeps giving me that error. Help would be greatly appreciated!
