On October 25th of 2023, I cancelled my service with Direct TV. I was a loyal customer for over 17 years. On Nov 1st, I received a notice stating I owed $189 for the month of November. I called customer service twice to find out that AT&T's billing cycle goes from the 17th to the 17th of each month.

Has anyone had this happen!?!?!? I cancelled my service 11/2021 and was shipped the box to send the equipment back (which I did). We moved from the residence we were receiving DIRECT at. I could not continue my service at our new residence because I couldn't afford it. All my bills are directly paid

Is there a way to get 16 subscriptions and 16 boxes for satellite? and we can prepay 2 years subscription on each box do you offer a CI cam module and card for tv instead of the box?

I was told that my 100-dollar rewards card was mailed out on Dec 23rd, 2023. I still have not received it. I tried calling everyone at Direct TV. you can see that I explained I had not received it they all told me to call the rewards team well you call the number for the rewards team and all you get

it was a refund from ending service. I tried using this card at a target, and online on a website . declined at both online sites. Yesterday tried to use at target , did not work and card charged me .33 cents What’s up with this card and how is a person supposed to use it??
