I just received the email saying that Paramount Plus is now included in my Directv subscription. What if I already subscribe to Paramount Plus (and pay for it)? Do I cancel my subscription then log in through the Directv Portal/link so that I don't have to pay for it separately anymore?

My old usage data

I am trying to get a date that my family's satelite system stopped being used. We mistakenly took our system down thinking our account had been terminated. Unable to login to account (I get logged out the moment I log in)

I am unable to access my account. The moment I login, I get logged out. I have cleared the cache, attempted to login using separate browsers. I changed the password. I attempted the incognito mode. Any suggestions how to address this issue? Thank you.
