Do you offer the Federal Affordable Connectivity Program?

I received a debit card but when i try to use the card the register asks for 4 digit code. I don’t remember having or creating a code. I tried calling the number in the back of the card but it’s a machine and can’t reach anyone.

Every time I try to connect, the site will not let me. How do I connect.

I'm getting statements for a person who does not live at this address, and has not possibly lived here for many years. Trying to cancel service and have a past due balance. I've called the correct number and ask the recording to cancel and get sent to another department. The recording says unable to help until payment is made. How can I get this cancel so it quits increasing past due balance? I have to work out paym
