Delete recorded show causes dvr to freeze for a minute.

I'm using the rc73 remote and Genie hr54 combination, and upon deletion of a recorded show, the system freezes for a minute with no button response on the rc73

Golf Channel audio issue

Golf Channel has audio of background (ball being hit, wind blowing, applause) but there is no audio of the announcers. Any idea what is causing this and how to fix it? Thanks.

Blue screen with DIRECTV logo

My service will stop and all I get is a blue screen with the DIRECTV logo. This is the 2nd receiver doing the same thing. Once I reset the receiver - it’s ok for a few hours if I’m lucky. Any suggestions??

Direct TV box and HDMI splitter

Have direct tv box. TV is plugged into it and works fine. Just bought Vizio 65" smart tv. Can I use and hdmi splitter plugged into box and then connect both tv's to splitter? I tried and receive video signal but no audio. If i unplug everything, start from scratch, i receive both audio and video. i

Unable to watch shows

When i launch the max app either through Roku or on my projector TV i am able to log in and get to main screen. However , when i click a show to watch it logs me out and asks me to connect to my provider. When i do that and i log back in the same thing happens.
