Is Doxo a ligit way to pay you statement

I have been trying to make my payment on the app and there is nowhere to go to pay!! where did it go?? now im late and I have been calling and the rep's have no idea this is happening. I have reinstalled the app numerous times and nothing appears , I cant even see my bill

DTV sent another update last night 0x10a very strange, what is stranger is I pressed the front panel record button while trying to dim the panel lights and a message came up saying the receiver is not authorized to record this program, tried other channels and recording.

I can log in and watch on my cell phone, but I cannot log into the web site on my laptop
