Voice control occasionally stops working. When this happens I unplug and plug to reboot and that fixes it. Is there anyway to reboot without unplugging?

Accepted Solution
Today error code 622 on 2 of 3 directTV devices. 2 Advanced Whole Home Client recievers
C41-100 mfg date 10/16/13 and C41-500 mfg date 12/6/14. Worked fine last night 2 of 3 errors 622 this AM. No storms or other problems also no wiring issues. Have unplugged all devices and reset only thing I have not done is to reset Genie on the TV that's still working. It's like someone s has shut
