Daily blackouts using Gemini

I am at my whits end Continual black screen with Gemini. I have to reset every day, and it still blacks out with audio I have done the steps suggested but nothing works long term Is the unit failing? I am on my second Gemini unit and I still have the same problem. On start up, about 3 to 4 times a week, I only get audio, no picture. The picture is blank or some partial picture. I do not get any error codes. I have to hit the Red reset button and that brings the picture back after it resets. Ther

My Mom just moved to an Assisted Living facility and pays for Directv in her room. She has a brand new Onn Roku Tv. Remote won’t fully pair and the DirecTv rep said it’s not possible to pair with this TV brand?? It’s a Genie remote. I can get it into RF mode but the Settings does not have an option
