REFUND never received

WORST COMPANY EVER.

AT&T/DirectTV is the worst company I have ever been a customer with. My bill drastically changed and when questioned I was told "I was lied to by a third party provider who set up my account." I can’t access my downstairs recorded DVR playlist from my genie that’s upstairs in my master bedroom I’ve tried pressing the red button on both downstairs and upstairs devices not sure why this is it was working and showing up now the playlist from downstairs isn’t showing up on the Genie upstairs
