Says is not a part of my TV Package when it is

I have DirecTV and Discovery is a part of my TV Package. When I go into the Discovery Go app, it is linked to my DirecTV provider, but locks me out of the programs. This was working fine up until about 2 weeks ago. have tried unlinking/linking provider and have uninstalled and reinstalled.
