How do I see my account

I have had DIRECTV and Att for ever ! However my internet stopped working Wednesday and ATt says I don’t have an account and DIRECTV says that they don’t have any internet on my account!!! I am positive I have DIRECTV with internet AT&T

I can't login to at&t to pay my directv bill; I keep getting the same error message.. Anything with "directv" associated shows this error message. Maybe time to try DISH!

I’m looking for options to lower my current bill other than cancelling service all together. What options if any do I have?

The direct TV website appears to be broken. I tried to purchase your service online through multiple different computers, iphone, ipad, and windows 11 laptop. Each time I get a 'validation errors' message and your website never lets me complete the purchase. I tried with three different credit cards

Why have I received a rewards card? It just showed up and unsure if I should use it.
