Hello, I was trying to update my payment for direct tv stream. There were technical issues on direct tv side. When I log into DirecTV to view my bill, the landing page is a stream account. When I choose my satellite account, I automatically get logged off. Also got an email about adding equipment protection which I don’t want. I can’t see my account details to delete it. Please contact me ASAP.
