U-verse freezing at 11p.m.

For a while my U-verse service freezes at 11 p.m. on one of my TVs. I read that this is an on going problem. I am paying for a defective service. You need to send a technician to fix this problem asap.

U-verse app v6.2.2 on my iPad

This up was “updated” a month ago and since then, I have to log in every day, and the format will not take my auto login from my password manager. How does an upgrade go backwards? Tried the suggestions I saw in these forums, but none really worked. Hoping for a real upgrade soon.

i record everything but 6 weeks ago instead of displaying show name and date/ time original aired. date/time, it just says no info found for everything I recorded. Sometimes I see the little picture insert and can tell which show it was. Is this how they will force us to Dish network?? I thought it

Both remotes will not fast forward

Had a new receiver 4 days ago. I’ve had 4 since April! Earlier Today the tech replaced the HDMI cable and it has stopped freezing and pixilations. However now both remotes will not fast forward. Seem sluggish too.

Is there a solution for the "Search" feature and "On Demand" not working

The "Search and On Demand" comes back with a "Error code: 401 - Unauthorized" "kx: Failed to load resource" It's not the hardware. All receivers and modems have been rebooted and changed out. Problem is still there.

Losing every night AT&T Signal at 11:01 pm California time

On Friday was the worse night to watch wireless U-verse Television. Time was 11:01 p.m. every 3 to 6 minutes the signal was lost this went on all night until this morning Saturday 12-17-2022 we go thru this every night at 11:01 p.m. Does anyone knows what is going on?
