Is there a solution for the "Search" feature and "On Demand" not working

The "Search and On Demand" comes back with a "Error code: 401 - Unauthorized" "kx: Failed to load resource"

It's not the hardware.  All receivers and modems have been rebooted and changed out.  Problem is still there.
