How can I move directv streaming captions to a different location on the screen?

I am a new DIRECTV subscriber. Volume Control not working. I have a Gemini Air remote with no MENU or SELECT buttons which were mentioned in some of the instructions on how to program the Volume Control.

The app available on my new Samsung smart TV doesn't have the ability to choose a profile. My old tv with a Roku had profiles, as do my phone and tablet apps. Did the profile option not get rolled out to that app??
