I have the choice package and I'm sure I listened to the music channels a while ago. I don't see them in the directory. Where are they?

Had DirecTV stream for seven years in Indiana. Purchased box and remote to record shows. I’m sure I’ll get a generic response from DIRECTV on this one but it’s worth a shot. With regards to the newly added METV Toons channel, why can’t we restart a currently airing program from the beginning. This feature is available on the METV channel but not METV.
