customer service no answer. on hold 30 minutes. need help with my pending order bc equipment not here yet and tech coming to install for me bc I am unable to do it.
Customer service has been very busy since yesterday per a known issue that affects many. You are not their only customer.
If new equipment must be installed by tech, then the tech brings it. They don't drop ship and schedule a tech separately like some local companies. If you got a normal order that was drop shipped and after the fact got a tech service call scheduled, that is unique as they are not intended just to plug in a replacement box for you.
This is a customer to customer forum, not a live running chat with official support. That means people post if and when they are available and only if they feel like it.

This is a customer to customer forum not chat. In most cases the tech brings the receivers for a new install. Are you calling 1-800-531-5000?
