I have been a customer since 2000. I signed up for Perks and was told that there would be some tokens for my long term loyalty, pro-rated. My assigned icon is an Oscar looking man. I did not get any Perks Tokens for being a long term customer. Am I missing something? Comments

Parental control only options is for tv show content no options for block acccess for app. They put a browser app on a woundetful tv plate form with no controls. Not great for houses with determined teenagers. No one up block website or block the whole app.

We got a Genie recently a few months back, we are having two issues that have really made us mad. When we want to record a series, a double click on the show, will record that show but not the show the next day or the next week. If we go into the advanced settings, the same thing happens, to record
