U-verse TV Equipment

I’m having trouble with my U-verse and am pretty sure it’s with my DVR. I’m getting pixelation on the TV that’s hooked up to the TV, as well as on my recordings. I’ve watched the recordings on my other TVs and still have the pixelation. I’ve rebooted the receivers and the gateway to see if that help
