I desperately need to change my auto-pay date...I've called customer numerous times now, been placed on eternal hold, been hung up on, etc.... Any suggestions on how to get this done, anyone???? THANKS for any feedback.

I have a legacy Gotta Have It subscription. When I go to my account its full of warnings about my package not being offered any more. That’s fine. But if I were to add some features like HBO or unlimited DVR would that somehow change my subscription and make me go to one of the new ones? Thanks!

My service allows up to 20 streams at my location and three others at other locations. If I allow access to my account to someone not in my location, do I need to give them a box or can they just download and use the app?
