I added the local channel connector and ten channels were added and I can’t get any of them. How do I remove them from my guide. I hit the red reset button on my main genie three times and it did nothing

I am going to find another service, everything has been screwed up since Direct merged with AT&T, and every time I try to log in, it opens Direct instead of AT&T. This is confusing! I have been trying to connect to AT&T for 30 minutes.
