After 7 yesrs DTV no longer will apply discounts to my expiring account. I called and they are firm in no providing the loyalty discounts previously applied. There is no flexibility as in the past. We have been with Direct TV for 15 years. Today is the first time we have EVER got really good customer service trying to lower our bill. I spoke to Melisha agent ID MN503C - she was WONDERFUL. She was PLEASANT, easy to understand, HONEST, and helpful in lowering our bill back to a reasonable level
