Remote option missing in settings

My Mom just moved to an Assisted Living facility and pays for Directv in her room. She has a brand new Onn Roku Tv. Remote won’t fully pair and the DirecTv rep said it’s not possible to pair with this TV brand?? It’s a Genie remote. I can get it into RF mode but the Settings does not have an option

HR24 700 adding to Slimline 3 SWM with splitter not working

I have a slimline 3 SWM dish at our remote cabin. I’m trying to add a HR24-700 to the dish using a SWM splitter to get TV in our second bedroom. I put the splitter between the dish and SWM power unit and then connected the dish to the second output on the splitter, not the pass through power side. T

Daily blackouts using Gemini

I am at my whits end Continual black screen with Gemini. I have to reset every day, and it still blacks out with audio I have done the steps suggested but nothing works long term Is the unit failing?
