I programed the remote, everything works except the sound. How can I go back in and program the sound so the remote controls the volume?

After a power outage I had to reconnect the soundbar for DIRECTV. Now when I go to one of the apps like Peacock, the soundbar disconnects.

Gemini Air: Have had a couple of months. Lately every so often when I turn off using remote cycles back to on and settles on an HDMI source not used then displays the error message re no source. Very weird. When I turn it off a second time it does go off.
