I have the max app through my cell provider..for the last 3wks I am unable to watch the max app on direct TV. It says something went wrong. Having trouble communicating with service.

The guide for channel 360 just says: "Upcoming: The Ingraham Angle" instead of the shows that are on. This is preventing series recording.

My guide is not showing the current programming but rather says, "upcoming NBC4 news" or similar on other channels. This means none of my recordings work. I cannot manually record shows nor do my series recordings record. I have tried resetting my receiver using the remote control and also by pushin
