Subscriptions show at bottom of screen. Each is paid for but will not allow access. When clicking on Prime,Netflix on AppleTV, subscriber name is shown, when clicked on the name, then it opens but will not allow access to select a movie, etc.

(Server) Records content not requested by anyone in our home. I have deleted the content. The undesirable series and shows are not listed in upcoming recordings or anywhere in recording manager. Any solutions or ideas are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

On 7/4/23 we recorded 2 programs "World's Funniest Animals". One was at 8:00 PM and one at 8:30 PM. We watched those programs and then deleted them from the list.
