I have both DirecTV Stream and NFL Sunday Ticket. I've used the same user ID for both. When I attempt to login to my DirecTV Stream account, I get redirected and logged into my NFL Sunday Ticket Account. How do I get into my DirecTV Stream account?

I will be subscribing to DirecTV Streaming in a few days. I believe there is a 5 (or 7?) day free trial. Does the "Billing Cycle" start on the sixth day after subscribing, or does it start on the day that the order is placed? I want my billing date to be on or about the 23rd of each month. Thank you

How does someone delete shows that were migrated or show "in Sync" when service was initiated from ATT Uverse? There is no option found for delete? I have yet to find the delete/trash bin at the end of episodes. I hope they aren't there forever! LOL.

Direct TV stream with Firestick, the audio keeps cutting out frequently, especially when using the DVR. Also, I we get many interruptions stating the network is heavily congested try again later. Very frustrating. I have tried all the fixes that the websites suggested. All my other devices work fine
