My genie box just stopped working yesterdayI unplugged both the Genie and the Gemini and rebooted both but the Genie has the Green light and a dimmer blue light, and I can get to the menu to check any settings.

We are required to upgrade from SD to HD. We don't want DVR service as well. We won't use it and don't want to pay for it. We are being told that all the Genie boxes come with DVR, and the service cannot be turned off. In researching, it seems the H25 box is HD, handles SWM and does not include DVR.
