TV is freezing up

I’ve had Direct TV for 5 yrs with no problems and yesterday I upgraded to the genie 2 wireless system. And its terrible. My TV has been freezing up about once an hour.

Got a new receiver today, after DirecTV tech setup the TV side, I then tried to set up a wireless connection between my Spectrum wireless network and this receiver, still can not do it. I've reset the network a few times, reboot spectrum modern and router as well, still, the receiver CAN see the net

Gemini device turning off

Hello- when turning on the TV, our Gemini device will turn on and work for ~30 seconds, and then turn off. This will happen 3 or 4 times and then this issue stops. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Using a Sony TV and HDMI 1 port

Upgrade from SD to HD without DVR

We are required to upgrade from SD to HD. We don't want DVR service as well. We won't use it and don't want to pay for it. We are being told that all the Genie boxes come with DVR, and the service cannot be turned off. In researching, it seems the H25 box is HD, handles SWM and does not include DVR.
