I just bought an ONN Roku TV. I have volume on Directv, but none, on the Roku (streaming) channels. What can I do to solve this?

I am being charged for 7 TVs and only have 5;

I have 5 TVs and have supplied DirectTV with serial number in each box. They have two more and say they cannot remove them ,because the technical support dept gets an error message when they try and remove the other two.
