I like to be able to turn closed captioning on and off for different shows. However, now when I go to menu and scroll down to settings there are no options available. Actually when I scroll down I only see options for MY Library, Sports Central and TV shows. When I scroll to Movies, Apps or Settings

DirecTV won't let me cancel! It's bad enough that you have to phone in a service cancellation. There's no other way to cancel, and that should be illegal. But today, after trying numerous DirecTV phone numbers, I got the same results. The robot asks for account details, than asks for my 4-digit pass

I want my account canceled and a final bill. They refuse, and in my opinion they're trying to stall until the next billing cycle which starts April 3, 2023. This company is unethical to say the least. I reported them to the BBB and FCC and advise anyone looking for TV service to shop around, ratings

Last night I rented Fly Me To The Moon and the movie froze up about 40 minutes in. I refreshed my box online and rebooted it manually. I’m still not able to play the movie through. I can start it again, but each time it freezes again the same spot. Can I get a credit back on my account?
