Watching U-verse TV

I am trying to stream on my Galaxy S20 Ultra. I was able to stream On Demand shows until a couple if months ago...it's gotten really old. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the App but there is no change. This is what I get: Error from Internal Player: com.quickplay.vstb.plugin.player: 9210/ NexPlay

I cannot play Directv Streaming library recordings on my Samsung TV. I can play live streaming. The recordings play on my iPad and Roku TVs. HELP.

i live in youngsville, LA and i have no local channels. any clue as to why??

what happened to channel 1011 Fox local?

the 'guide' function has been saying 'getting information' for several days now. Never fills in the channels with current shows. This has never happened before.

This has been an ongoing issue for months now. I have 3 TV's in the house. One has the primary box and the other two have the satellite boxes. One of these satellite boxes constantly freezes the TV picture. It'll pixelate, then freeze itself for a second of two, then resume. Super annoying. Does it
