Watching U-verse TV

I noticed two channels I watch, MTV-U (510) and MTV Classic (520) are suddenly letterboxed. Seemingly happened within the last month. It looks terrible. I am unable to schedule recordings on certain channels via the app. The guide says there is no information available at the time for that channel. Any ideas?
