Watching U-verse TV

Online support/chat do not help with my issues of select local station stuttering and guide errors that make scheduled recording almost impossible. I have tried diligently. Phone support ties up too much of my time. It would be awesome if I could escalate service issues effectively via email!

I've followed every direction on connecting the reciever with my phone and every direction with the app and I still don't get an option on my phone to connect. I don't get a "remote tab" and there's nothing in the settings or preferences neither. So wut up wit dat?

One of my receiver boxes (ISB7105) freezes up each night/morning around 0200 each night. It will display these messages: Press BACK to try again or EXIT to cancel.
