I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled the app on my firetv but I’m not even able to navigate around the direct tv app. I’ve unplugged the tv for 60 seconds, cleared cache, etc. Nothing is working.

When we are watching a show it will stop right in the middle. It doesn’t have to be any particular channel for this to happen. Can you help me resolve this problem? Thank you in advance for your time and anticipated prompt response.

Why don't Directv give all subscribers the Sports Package for free while they deal with the Disney (ESPN) thing ? I would much prefer that to a credit on my account. Just a IDEA.
