On the Directv app on Roku, I'm able to place a recording in Bookmarks' but when I choose a Purchased movie to be added to 'Bookmarks' it doesn't show up there. It gives me every indication that I have added to the 'Bookmarks' by clicking the '+' to bookmarks but it doesn't show up. Any ideas why th

Started a couple of days ago. The Guide is slow to display and same for changing channels. Also occasional message re video loading, i.e. buffering. Originally I thought maybe something was updating in the background but it has now been a few days and the Guide and changing channels are still slow.

I get this question often when I leave my TV on any ONE channel for several hours (usually 4 hrs)...and there's a count-down clock running that means the system is going to shut me down or change the channel if I don't respond within the next few seconds. I have a new Samsung s90d 4k OLED smart tv and I am unable to watch my DVR recorded content. when I click on the show to watch, the only option I have is to delete the recording, no option to watch the recording.

There is conflicting information to be found, even from usually reliable sources such as Streamables and Edge's Copilot. Does DirecTV Stream offer this channel? I don't get it on my Choice Package. Is it, perhaps, included in the Sports Pack or a more expensive package?
