On my Roku tv or other Roku device, my login will not work. And now it says I have exceeded my login attempts. However the direct tv app on my iPhone does accept my login and works fine.

Why is it that when I want to watch a DVR recording that is currently recording while the show is live, when I select and choose the recording, instead of playing the recording, it takes me to a screen where the only option is to watch the live program?
