Watching on Satellite

It appears this issue has been a problem with your customers since as far back as 2018, according to other threads. Here we are in 2023 and the same issue exists. Why has there been no resolution? What do you suggest for customers that pay you for a service that INCLUDES ESPN and can’t access?

I've read this symbol means it's not connected to the internet. This is not the case. I'm connect to our wifi and full signal but still have the windshield looking icon. Any idea what this really is? TIA

Hello - I've always had access to CBS via the app on On Demand. Today, when I checked On Demand, the app is gone. Anyone have any idea why? I still have regular CBS but want to watch a program that aired yesterday that I forgot to record. Thanks! Kathy

I have DirecTV via Satellite and I was on the DirecTV app on Roku and saw channel 106 which is a 4K channel. Is anyone else a satellite subscriber and now seeing 4k channels on the DirecTV app?
