Is Prime Video and Direct TV Streaming in negotiations? I can't access Prime Video all of a sudden. Tech support told me DirectTV is in negotiations with Prime Video.

I am trying to stream this on my phone through the app. This is annoying. I just switched to Directv from dish and half tempted to switch back already. Closed and reloaded many times and restarted phone.
