My Tv has stopped showing Direct TV and is stuck on one broadcast channel but won't allow me to change channels

How do I sign up for Fox Nation on my iphone?

I have been noticing the close caption has gotten a lot worse. There are fragmented sentences and incomplete sentences. Often there is no close captioning at all. Closed captioning used to be pretty reliable. Now it’s as if there’s someone that does not care or they are inexperienced.

My Direct TV is stuck on 1 channel and I can not get the guide to appear either
