I have two gemini air devices and have an intermittent problem with low connectivity and buffering. The picture will become grainy and pixillated and then start buffering. Sometimes it resets. Sometimes we have to reboot. We called DirecTV and got a hard re-set but the intermittent problem continues

I can watch local - abc,nbc,cbs, fox stations but if i go to say NBC At 10 pm and try to record what is on then for later the system tells me that show is already over. How can that be when it hasnt even started yet. ANy suggestions of ideas what is going on here THanks

I just started my DTV streaming with gemini. I am having problems pairing my Vizio Sound Bar with the DTV remote. I put devices into bluetooth mode but they won't pair. This sound bar was working with my U-Verse remote previously. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I just got the new Gemini device from DIRECTV a few days ago, and it's already acting up. It freezes randomly during live TV and sometimes restarts on its own. I’ve tried restarting and even resetting the device, but the issue keeps coming back. Is anyone else having this problem with their Gemini b
