When I am inside the guide and using the channel up down button to scroll, it goes one page at a time like it should. But when I am in my list of recordings and try to use the channel up

If I say “change DIRECTV channel to Discovery” in English it works fine and changes the live channel selected, but if I say it in Spanish, no matter how it’s phrased it just pulls up YouTube recommendations instead rather than change the channel. does the voice assistant not support channel changing

Direct stream app logs out of a account immediately after turning off Samsung TV. I have reset TV, reinstalled app, reset password all to no avail. All other apps work perfectly on Samsung TV. I preformed the update that was requested by Direct TV. Since that happened, my remote does not turn the Sony sound bar or TV off. All other buttons work as they should. Purchased a Samsung QN90D to replace an aging 2011 Samsung 55" and paired the new TV with the RC82V; however, everything works on the Direct remote except for the volume controls, which do work on the Samsung remote.
