Website - Account not being cancelled
Hi,
I am trying to cancel my directv stream subscription but when i get to cancellation page, it says "chat to cancel" and doesn't proceed forward from that point. I do not want to be charged - please immediately cancel my subscription, worst online support and navigation infrastructure.
