When I look at recent channels viewed, there are channels listed that I have not accessed. Also, when I attempt to use two tvs to view different programs, the app tells me that I already have two users on my account. I don't It appears that someone is using my account without my permission. I've changed my password and this does not help. I'm thinking of just cancelling and calling it over.

Log into your account and go under "contact us" to get a hold of official support. See if they can reset your login. It is a shot, but keep in mind that at lot of devices if you save credentials don't have to log in again. Canceling service is certainly an option at the extreme end and then you could just reactivate it the following day or such as those saved credentials would no longer be valid. But I would try contacting support first.
