What device are you using? Have you tried another device? Are you a previous DirecTV Satellite subscriber? Using the same credentials? If so, you need to use different credentials (email/password). Known issues using the same credentials for both services.

Have you tried using a compatible browser? Some browsers will not let you login since the DIRECTV website is not supported.
Is there a chance that you have other DIRECTV/AT&T services that might affect your current DIRECTV credentials? I think you should check it before logging in
