SyntaxError when trying to log in
I've had DirectTV Stream for almost a month and every time I log in to look at my account it gives me this message on a white screen. Its been this way since the start. What is the deal?
SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

Try a different browser.
Reset browser settings.
Update Java.
