Subscription cost to Premier Package
Back in May the monthly Premier Package cost was $165, today that is $232. Have anyone seen that cost increase.

There is certainly not a price increase at this time for the Premier package. Price adjustment happens once a year, typically new rates going into effect in January. Even then, it would only be about up to $10 not what you've seen.
Take a look at the prior bill compared to the current one. See if any discounts expired, one-time charges, etc.

Ok, I looked at my history and saw (1) that "Regional Sports Fee" of $13.99 was removed on June 5. (2) and replace by Directv Sports Pack for $14.99. I don't believe that I had requested any change. Right after that my Premium Cost went from $154.99 to $232.00.
I have been a long time subscriber.

Ok, got an answer, my promotional period expired. Good news is I got a loyalty discount after a chat with Customer Service.

That's odd. When I go to my account and look at the packages area.....it says Premier is 169 and is supposed to include Sports Pack channels. Don't see anything about a promotion price. (been a customer for 4 years)

Premier has included all 5 premium packs, which includes the Sports Pack.
The Sports Pack does not replace the RSN fee. That fee is for your in-market RSNs in Choice and higher.
So discount expiring makes sense. Though around $70 in discounts is impressive. Good thing is they count down on the bill such as $10 off for 12 (1 of 12, 2 of 12, etc.). That way you can keep track.
So RSN Fee going away with Sports Pack added on, while being in Premier the entire time, doesn't make sense. Something else may be going on with that particular part of this.

Not everyone has an RSN Fee. I don't and subscribe to the Choice package. I think it depends on zip code.

If you live in an area with no in-market RSNs, then no Fee. However, fee removed without moving and Premier throughout, still doesn't quite add up.

My market has an RSN (in market)---Fan Duel Sports Midwest. And I don't pay the RSN fee.

Interesting. I wasn't aware of a free in-market RSN. Last I knew there was a minimum cost to those.

@RSM
What I do, whenever I get a promotional period is to save the date in my phone's calendar "Discount for XXXXXX expires today" or some such so I know to call back that day.
The worst any company can do is say no.
