Error Code 8013 "need subcription" but I have one and it paid up to date..

I am connected via internet and downloaded DirectV Stream and it I kept getting error code 8013 after checking my login and changing my pw...too many times to count. Tried a different TV ...same thing. Went and bought a Firestick...same thing. Directv Stream is working on two other TV's and I thought maybe the Firestick would help. But no go. Sat on hold and got frustrated.. . I've been signed up for one month and was excited about the move to Directv Stream ....now there is no reason I know of as to why it won't work on this other TV. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP AND ENLIGHTEN ME. Many thanks ahead of time for efforts

Have you ever been a Dtv satellite customer? Are you sure it's the Dtv stream app you are installing and not Dtv satellite?
